Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and scale production-grade AI systems for Mirakl’s internal operations and products.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal AI, and evaluation frameworks.
- Architect agentic workflows involving tools, memory, retrieval, planning, orchestration, and guardrails.
- Integrate AI systems with internal platforms, business applications, data sources, CRM, Drive, Jira, support tools, and knowledge bases.
- Build evaluation, validation, monitoring, security, governance, and access-control capabilities for reliable production AI systems.
- Partner with end users, product managers, business teams, and engineers to identify opportunities, run pilots, measure impact, and improve adoption.
- Contribute to reusable AI engineering frameworks, standards, documentation, and best practices across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, applied AI, or related fields.
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
- Experience evaluating AI systems and improving model performance.
- Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud environments.
- Strong English communication skills, curiosity, pragmatism, and passion for building AI products.
- A product mindset and ability to balance technical excellence with measurable business impact.
