Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and scale production-grade AI systems for internal operations and customer-facing products.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multimodal AI, and evaluation frameworks.
- Architect multi-step agentic workflows involving tools, memory, retrieval, planning, and guardrails.
- Integrate AI systems with CRM, data platforms, Drive, Jira, support tools, internal knowledge bases, APIs, and business workflows.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, validation layers, monitoring, security, governance, access controls, and operational documentation.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to run pilots, measure impact, and improve accuracy, reliability, adoption, and user experience.
- Contribute to reusable AI engineering frameworks, standards, best practices, and company-wide AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, Applied AI, or related fields.
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building production AI systems with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
- Experience evaluating AI systems and improving model performance.
- Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud environments.
- Strong English communication skills and a pragmatic, curious approach to building AI products.
- Ability to design reliable and scalable systems and connect AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
