Responsibilities
- Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners.
- Leverage knowledge of LLM internals to analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts.
- Simplify complex workflows into digestible conversational components for LLMs.
- Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output to align with customer brand standards.
- Build and configure integrations between customer systems and Parloa's Platform.
- Collaborate with engineers on complex integration scenarios.
- Identify and solve blockers with other departments and customers.
- Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behavior and performance.
- Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and craft LLM prompts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and results orientation.
- Proficiency with advanced prompting strategies such as chain-of-thought prompting.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and critical thinker with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with API authentication patterns and data transformation logic.
- Proficiency in REST API design and API testing tools.
- Experience reading and consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods for AI agent performance.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English skills.
