Responsibilities
- Scope and implement AI agent deployments while providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners.
- Analyze customer requirements, use LLM concepts such as embeddings, and design precise prompts for reliable behavior.
- Convert complex workflows into conversational components and refine conversational flows and voice output using SSML, lexicons, and regular expressions.
- Build and configure integrations between customer systems and Parloa’s platform using integration platforms and APIs.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios.
- Identify and resolve deployment blockers with Product, Agent Integration Engineering, Sales, and customer stakeholders.
- Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behavior, quality, and performance in real-world conditions.
- Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and create LLM prompts aligned with desired outcomes.
- Proficiency with advanced prompting strategies including chain-of-thought prompting and few-shot learning.
- Strong project and stakeholder management, communication, risk assessment, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of data structures, system integrations, enterprise APIs, API authentication patterns, data transformation, and field mapping logic.
- Proficiency with REST API design, JSON and XML data structures, and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience reading and consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including CRMs, ERPs, and contact center platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods for evaluating AI agent performance at scale.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English skills.
