Responsibilities
- Master Alan’s platform and enable the Sales team with insights, expertise, and relevant tools.
- Understand prospects’ needs, assess functional alignment, and identify appropriate product solutions.
- Participate in RFI, RFQ, and RFP submissions and develop responses with Sales, Insurance, and Product teams.
- Pitch and evangelize Alan’s services and products during the customer acquisition process.
- Represent customer needs in platform roadmap discussions and identify product gaps.
- Prepare customer handovers and potentially coordinate complex customer onboardings.
- Help develop Alan’s growing pre-sales function and improve Sales team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment, including at least 3 years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Consultant role.
- Strong customer listening, requirements elicitation, objection-handling, product pitching, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to break down complex issues and define suitable product solutions.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience with end-to-end procurement projects involving RFI, RFQ, or RFP processes is preferred.
- Experience in the French public sector is preferred.
- Experience with HRIS ecosystems and payroll solutions is preferred.
- Experience in insurance or health platforms is preferred.
