Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support customers and prospects in France and across EMEA.
- Conduct infrastructure and architecture discovery, collaborative solution design, and technical validation.
- Help prospects assess requirements, identify risks, and understand how Contentful compares with legacy technologies.
- Create product demonstrations and support technical evaluations and integrations with customer technology stacks.
- Communicate customer needs and product feedback to product management, marketing, and sales.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to support customer implementation and launch.
- Travel up to 50% of the time and work with teams worldwide.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or Solution Consultant at a cloud-based PaaS or SaaS company, or 5–10 years as a developer working on digital experience delivery.
- Strong presentation skills for communicating business and technical concepts to marketing-focused and technical audiences.
- Proven experience with current web technologies, including JavaScript frameworks, static site generators, CDNs, and related web delivery technologies.
- Ability to work across multiple opportunities and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence and strong curiosity about how technology creates business value.
- Experience with a content management platform or similar MarTech technology is preferred.
- Experience with solution-selling or value-based selling techniques is preferred.
- Understanding of MACH products and composable architectures is preferred.
