Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify high-value agentic AI use cases.
- Lead analysis and design phases for generative and agentic AI architectures.
- Design solutions that integrate AI agents with clients’ information systems.
- Define agent orchestration, testing, and evaluation strategies.
- Ensure the security, reliability, performance, scalability, and cost control of proposed solutions.
- Support industrialization from proof of concept through production deployment.
- Participate in architecture reviews and promote software development best practices.
- Present solutions and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Act as a technical reference for generative and agentic AI architectures.
- Support team development, share best practices, and conduct technology monitoring.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software development or software architecture, ideally in cloud and distributed environments.
- Practical experience with generative AI, large language models, and AI agent design.
- Proficiency in Python and/or C#/.NET and strong knowledge of software architecture and API integration principles.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, agent orchestration, and integrating language models with enterprise systems.
- Good knowledge of cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure, and CI/CD practices.
- Awareness of security, observability, evaluation, and governance issues for AI systems.
- Ability to assess technology choices and propose solutions suited to business needs.
- Strong communication, autonomy, and collaboration skills.
- Experience industrializing AI solutions in production or designing multi-agent architectures is preferred.
