Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and delivery of secure, scalable, business-focused Cloud and AI solutions for strategic customers.
  • Define and document solution architectures, requirements, constraints, risks, security considerations, and key decisions.
  • Coordinate customer, partner, Microsoft, consultant, delivery, account, bid, and project teams to align technical and business outcomes.
  • Lead architecture governance, testing, quality assurance, deployment readiness, change management, and adherence to architectural standards and Secure Future Initiative principles.
  • Create reusable intellectual property, identify cross-domain patterns, promote proven practices, and leverage automation and AI to improve delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, thought leadership, presentations, and knowledge sharing across virtual teams and communities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, advise on business and technology decisions, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.
  • Represent customer needs internally and incorporate feedback, industry trends, security considerations, and architectural frameworks into solution design and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field with significant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field with significant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or a relevant technology domain such as security.
  • Significant experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
  • Strong experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred experience in technical sales, project management, and people management of consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
  • Technical or professional certification in a relevant domain, such as security, is preferred.
