Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, business-focused solutions for complex Cloud and AI engagements.
- Define and document solution architectures, including requirements, constraints, risks, decisions, and security considerations.
- Coordinate customer, partner, Microsoft, account, bid, delivery, project management, and specialist teams.
- Drive architecture governance, testing, quality assurance, deployment readiness, change management, and adherence to architectural standards and Secure Future Initiative principles.
- Create reusable intellectual property and promote proven architectural practices across customers and industries.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, presentations, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on business and technology decisions.
- Understand customer and partner technical environments and incorporate feedback, industry trends, security considerations, and architectural frameworks into solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or a relevant technology domain.
- Significant experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
- Strong experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred experience in technical sales, project management, and people management.
- Technical or professional certification in a relevant domain is preferred.
Benefits
- Base pay is listed for France at €79,400.00–€135,100.00 per year, with certain roles potentially eligible for benefits and other compensation.
