Responsibilities
- Work alongside ENGIE’s architecture and engineering teams to design scalable solution architectures.
- Own the integration and technical architecture of the ENGIE programme, covering API and interface design.
- Incorporate AI thinking into solution design and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
- Define and deliver technical sessions for ENGIE’s architects and engineers.
- Run client proofs-of-concept and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Provide technical direction to engineers and architects for demos and prototypes.
- Feed client needs back into Kaluza’s product development and architecture standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to architecture leadership, leading technical due diligence.
Requirements
- Proven ability to architect modern distributed, cloud-based systems.
- Ability to shape and influence technical vision and product roadmaps.
- Interest in applying AI, particularly LLMs and intelligent automation, in enterprise platforms.
- Comfortable making technical choices to satisfy complex requirements.
- Proven ability to guide and influence engineers through design decisions.
- Superb communication skills to engage with technical teams and executive leaders.
- Able to self-organize across multiple client workstreams while being collaborative.
