Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers, compliance, finance, engineers, and the executive team to ship complex offerings
- Help drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions as the company grows
Requirements
- Experience with software development
- 3–10+ years of experience
- Self-driven leadership and a builder mentality
- Interest in experimenting through side projects
- Fintech experience, especially neobank or card issuing experience, is preferred but not required
- SaaS experience is preferred but not required
