Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate full stack applications on cloud platforms.
- Build responsive user interfaces with AngularJS and contribute to modernization toward component-based Angular patterns.
- Develop scalable Java Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Design and manage MongoDB collections, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
- Drive improvements in development standards, coding practices, and application architecture.
- Integrate LLM APIs and develop MCP servers for AI enablement.
- Train users and team members on new system capabilities and feature implementations.
- Operate autonomously as a subject matter expert on complex and ambiguous technical problems.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant full stack development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Angular development.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience, including REST APIs, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Experience building responsive, performant user interfaces and integrating them with Spring Boot or Python.
- Experience writing unit tests with Jasmine and Karma and applying UI performance optimization techniques.
- Experience implementing resilience patterns and building RESTful API integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing MongoDB collections, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for complex application domains.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs and building MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with event-driven patterns using Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant full stack development experience.
- Ability to collaborate across frontend, backend, QA, architecture, and product teams and independently solve complex, unstructured problems.
