Responsibilities
- Bring order and structure to Lovable’s codebase.
- Integrate or build application frameworks for a growing engineering organization and code footprint.
- Own and develop the observability stack from code instrumentation through ingestion to presentation.
- Integrate tools for AI-driven development.
- Identify and drive reliability improvements across engineering teams.
- Own and scale the developer experience to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and a track record of improving developer velocity and system reliability.
- 7+ years of experience working on a platform team supporting developer experience, including observability, CI/CD, application frameworks, and productivity tooling.
- Experience writing code and tools for growing engineering organizations in scale-ups.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices.
- Ability to solve problems, work through ambiguity, and ship high-leverage systems quickly.
- Ability to balance security, stability, and speed.
- Must be based in Stockholm or willing to relocate.
- Application must be submitted in English.
