Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support Wise’s cloud platform.
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Develop tooling and provide hands-on expertise to deploy and optimize cloud services on AWS and other major cloud providers.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and support developer operations and continuous integration/deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures, preferably on AWS and/or GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automating infrastructure provisioning, developer operations, or continuous integration/deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Go and/or Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts to users and stakeholders and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Preferred qualifications include understanding of the Kubernetes operator pattern, cloud networking experience, observability platform experience, and knowledge of financial services or other regulated industries.
