
Sr Lead Infrastructure Engineer
JPMorgan ChaseResponsibilities
- Analyze complex infrastructure data and systems, anticipate issues, and advise on mitigation actions.
- Use authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation while validating outputs and protecting sensitive operational data.
- Architect and implement cross-platform changes to resolve issues and modernize technology processes.
- Drive multiple complex programs and provide technical thought leadership within the product line.
- Build and operate infrastructure engineering solutions aligned with business requirements, compliance standards, risk controls, security expectations, and business objectives.
- Develop agentic workflows, MCP tool integrations, and automation for the next generation of branch technology.
- Lead adoption of validated, traceable, auditable AI-assisted development and automation practices focused on resiliency and security.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and at least five years of applied experience.
- At least seven years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on delivery.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in infrastructure engineering workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation and escalate when uncertain.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies, including the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
- Experience building agentic or LLM-integrated systems in production.
- Working knowledge of multi-agent frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Experience with MCP tool integration or tool-calling API patterns.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C#, .NET, or PowerShell.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as VS Code, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Preferred experience with CDAO Fusion Studio or Fusion SmartSDK.
