Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term strategy for Entra end-user experiences and foundational architecture supporting PAM, MySignin, and Myaccess.
- Lead cross-organizational initiatives involving AI-powered administration, platform modernization, and shared engineering capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and accessible solutions.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and security leaders on roadmaps, technical challenges, and high-impact investments.
- Champion architectural guidance, operational rigor, performance optimization, platform quality, and reliability.
- Mentor senior engineers and raise the organization’s technical bar through thought leadership, technical reviews, and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to pass Microsoft and Microsoft Cloud background and security screening requirements upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Preferred: master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 7+ years designing, coding, and troubleshooting cloud-based software.
- Preferred: proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, C#, backend technologies, cloud-based architectures, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Preferred: experience solving problems using query languages and tools such as Kusto.
- Preferred: experience with AI/ML and agency experience.
- Preferred: ability to collaborate and communicate across disciplines, levels, and product teams.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $142,800–$274,800 per year, with a separate range for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan locations.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of five days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
