Responsibilities
- Sustain and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure and on-premises Linux and Windows environments.
- Support development teams in creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
- Ensure system availability through alert management and proactive monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and follow up on critical incidents, including root-cause analysis and post-mortems.
- Promote observability by implementing business-oriented metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and facilitate requests involving production environments.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Advanced experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows systems administration.
- Practical experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Expertise with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana observability tools.
- Solid networking fundamentals covering VPCs, subnets, DNS, and rules.
- Knowledge of IAM policies and roles for access management and security.
- Preferred experience with Dynatrace APM tools and AWS serverless services including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3.
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Practical use of artificial intelligence.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and resilience in dynamic environments.
