Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Prototype quickly and iterate based on real-world feedback.
- Collaborate with customer teams across various departments.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process from discovery to deployment.
- Drive adoption and expansion of AI solutions within customer organizations.
- Act as the face of Bland, building strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in full-stack, AI, or solutions engineering roles.
- Proven experience in building and integrating AI or automation features.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI SDKs in web applications.
- Strong skills in REST/JSON, Python or JavaScript, and modern dev tools.
- Demonstrated ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- Willingness to work in-person frequently at the SF HQ and customer sites.
