Base Salary

$120k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Translate customer challenges and workflows into functional, production-ready AI agents.
Integrate APIs and data sources to automate business processes.
Rapidly prototype, deploy, test, and iterate on solutions using real-world feedback.
Collaborate with customer engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure agent performance, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery through deployment and refinement.
Train customer teams, share results, drive adoption and expansion, and identify new automation opportunities.
Travel to customer sites and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

3–10 years of experience in full-stack, AI, or solutions engineering roles with ownership of builds from concept to production.
Experience building and integrating AI or automation features into real-world applications.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI SDKs into web applications.
Comfort with REST/JSON, Python or JavaScript, Git, and NPM or PNPM.
Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
Willingness to work frequently in person at the San Francisco headquarters and customer sites.
Experience with LLM-powered tools or agents, startup or founder experience, AI agent design, customer-facing solution development, or relevant personal projects is preferred.
