Base Salary
$146k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build features and launch experiments to drive growth.
- Work on production code from day one in a pair programming environment.
- Deploy code frequently and ensure it is used by millions of users.
- Contribute to the development of a high-quality engineering culture.
- Generate and execute product experiments that scale users and revenue.
- Drive technical tooling and processes around experimentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software experience, preferably in Growth Engineering or A/B Testing.
- Experience generating and executing product experiments at scale.
- Ownership mindset with comfort in responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work well in teams and collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams.
- Passion for education and making an impact on children's lives.
- Willingness to work in Americas timezones.
