Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into effective software solutions.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and enterprise integrations using APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Work independently toward subject matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs in enterprise environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
