Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop frontend features from concept through release and live operations in collaboration with PMs, UX designers, and partner teams.
- Build metrics and monitor the customer and business impact of product features.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities into customer experiences and use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
- Apply strong technical design, problem-solving, debugging, and scalable architecture practices.
- Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture focused on growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience architecting at scale.
- Strong coding experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS.
- Experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development environments is highly desirable.
- Experience with data analysis and building metrics to measure business impact.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices to improve developer productivity, product delivery speed, and software quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $119,800–$234,700 per year, with a different range for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- Employees within the stated commute areas are expected to work from a designated office at least four days per week beginning January 26, 2026, subject to local law and jurisdiction.
- The position will remain open for at least five days and accept applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
