Responsibilities
- Design and develop reliable, scalable automation and cloud platforms across hybrid environments.
- Manage AWS compute, networking, security, and hybrid-cloud integrations.
- Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and scripting languages.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply version-control best practices.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Security, and Application teams on DevSecOps, governance, and automation standards.
- Automate cloud and DevSecOps platforms to improve reliability, scalability, and security.
- Apply SRE and DevOps practices to improve availability, incident response, and operational excellence.
- Implement database, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, high-availability, observability, and cost-optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in automation, cloud, and DevSecOps.
- Deep expertise in AWS services including IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudWatch, KMS, SQS, SNS, and Step Functions.
- Strong architecture and design skills for distributed, scalable, highly available, and secure cloud-native systems.
- Demonstrated experience delivering secure, resilient, and automated enterprise cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and guardrails.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and other observability tools.
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering in cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Strong experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Terraform.
- Experience with CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Artifactory, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with GitHub and GitLab distributed version-control systems.
- Experience with Ansible is optional.
- Understanding of AWS cost optimization and operational efficiency.
