Base Salary
$102k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, production-ready code for Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Own features and projects from design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers in Agile teams using lean practices.
- Contribute to AI-powered features, integrations, agentic systems, and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Solve technical problems involving distributed systems, data processing, and user experience optimization using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Be enrolled full time in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in computer science or a related technical field and graduate by August 2027.
- Have experience with Python, Java, or other modern object-oriented languages, plus exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Demonstrate software development experience through internships, work experience, projects, or publications, including exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, or AI-powered applications.
- Understand data structures, algorithms, statistical concepts, and modern system design patterns including data pipelines, model serving, and microservices.
- Preferred: exposure to agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, MCP, function calling, and AI-assisted development approaches.
