Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, architectural design, and adoption of a flagship embedded partner integration.
- Design extensible and scalable systems for native 3D geometry data flows and real-time AI insights.
- Build and optimize geometry-processing pipelines and collaborate with Data Science to deliver sub-second IQE performance.
- Define AI fluency standards and coach Staff and Senior engineers on AI-assisted architecture, design, and development workflows.
- Lead cross-team technical decisions and execute multi-quarter integration roadmaps.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for partner engineering teams and mentor engineers through complex design reviews.
- Own reliability, security, monitoring, and alerting for integration microservices and enterprise PLM transactions.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of professional software development experience and a record of leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
- Deep proficiency with Python, React, TypeScript, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Significant experience with system architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and high-volume data exchange across enterprise ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success introducing architectural patterns adopted across teams and building enterprise-grade integrations beyond simple API wrappers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with enterprise CAD/PLM platforms such as Dassault/SolidWorks or Autodesk.
- Preferred understanding of B-Rep, mesh formats, and 3D modeling workflows.
- Preferred experience in e-commerce, fintech, or B2B marketplaces and in dedicated-tenant or ring-fenced solutions for high-security enterprise clients.
