Base Salary
$105k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop fundamental software engineering skills.
- Complete simple coding deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with peers in all aspects of software development.
- Participate actively and constructively in code reviews.
- Learn the team’s business domain and ask clarifying questions.
- Incorporate feedback from managers and mentors.
- Perform other reasonable activities required by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience building software components.
- Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Basic programming skills in any modern language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, work collaboratively, and pursue continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
