Responsibilities
- Develop and scale AI, GenAI, and machine learning use cases in the wholesale banking lending domain.
- Translate business problems into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build automation, data extraction, and intelligent decision-support capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, data teams, and business stakeholders across multiple squads.
- Support end-to-end delivery, including prototyping, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python; Java is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or LLM-based solutions.
- Experience with modern AI tooling such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with APIs and software engineering best practices.
- Understanding of CI/CD, software lifecycle, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
