Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI models and algorithms for business problems.
- Contribute to AI projects from scoping through release under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support the performance and reliability of AI and machine learning systems.
- Design, craft, and optimize prompts for accurate, informative, and creative AI outputs.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to engineering and product discussions.
Requirements
- Educational background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on knowledge.
- Experience developing and implementing AI models and algorithms.
- Good knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI models.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with retrieval-augmented generation systems, search algorithms, and generative AI system evaluation.
