Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, enhance, and implement custom SAP ABAP software solutions for SAP HANA and S/4HANA.
- Work with design teams on development solutions, clarifications, suggestions, and functional design reviews.
- Lead developers during the build phase and report project status weekly to clients or account leads.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, manage team performance, and make technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions to technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure applications meet required standards and functionality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate training sessions to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience is required.
- 10+ years of overall SAP ABAP development experience and at least three years of S/4HANA ABAP development experience are stated as additional requirements.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, CDS Views, CDS Entities, OData, and the RAP Framework.
- Experience with SAP HANA databases and their functionalities.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Implementation experience beyond AMS is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
