Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and generative AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Use Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API to build production-ready intelligent applications.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and serving.
- Apply MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and continuous optimization.
- Develop production-grade Python code, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Ensure AI solutions meet standards for scalability, reliability, security, monitoring, responsible AI, and data governance.
- Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, cloud architects, software engineers, business stakeholders, and clients.
- Stay current with GCP AI innovations and emerging industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer building and deploying models on Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on expertise with Vertex AI and related GCP AI services.
- Strong understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
- C1-level English proficiency and effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- GCP Professional Certification is required; additional GCP certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Python and experience writing production-grade code, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with generative AI, large language models, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering is preferred.
- Architecture certifications in Azure or AWS are preferred.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI frameworks is preferred.
- Polish language skills are a plus.
