Base Salary
$153k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build large-scale data platforms handling petabytes of multimodal sensor data from real-world driving scenarios.
- Develop data ingestion, processing, and storage systems for production-fleet data at high volume.
- Build data curation, tagging, dataset discovery, labeling, and quality-assessment platforms.
- Create high-performance distributed processing systems that transform raw sensor data into training-ready formats.
- Build infrastructure supporting machine learning research and autonomy stack development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of professional experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience.
- Experience with or knowledge of distributed data processing, data lake architectures, streaming systems, or workflow orchestration is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Hudi, Trino, Apache Kafka, Flyte, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Ability to solve problems and work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
