Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive front-end architecture strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Design and develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Create reusable component libraries and enterprise design system implementations.
- Contribute to backend, API, microservice, cloud-native application, and deployment architecture.
- Lead technical design reviews, modernization initiatives, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, engineering guidelines, and quality practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and development teams and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and backend engineers.
- Champion automated testing, CI/CD, reliability, observability, security, privacy, and performance improvements.
- Align business strategy with software solutions and lead complex problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- Experience as a technical lead, principal engineer, or architect.
- Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, RESTful APIs, and modern UI architecture patterns.
- Backend development experience with .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience building enterprise design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with Angular Material, NgRx, RxJS, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1+, and CI/CD platforms.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant cloud or technical certifications are preferred; no certification is required.
- Familiarity with React.js, GraphQL, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, release management, and DevSecOps environments is preferred.
