Responsibilities
- Own the end to end product development lifecycle for large initiatives.
- Produce high-quality, production-ready, readable, maintainable code.
- Work cross-functionally with product leadership, design, and business partners.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience building web applications and shipping features in production environments.
- Full-stack development skills including web frameworks (Rails preferred) and frontend frameworks (NextJS and React preferred).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of web application fundamentals including authentication/authorization and API design principles.
