Base Salary
$175k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build secure, maintainable core infrastructure for engineering teams.
- Architect and evolve a scalable ML training infrastructure for rapid experimentation.
- Build and operate a reliable model serving architecture with low latency.
- Own and scale the low-latency voice interface and audio processing pipeline.
- Develop high-leverage developer tooling and server infrastructure to enhance team efficiency.
- Set technical direction and communicate effectively to raise the engineering bar.
Requirements
- Strong systems thinker with hands-on implementation experience.
- Reliability engineering experience with a focus on observability and deployment systems.
- Proven track record of shipping services at scale with operational complexity.
- Significant production experience with Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience designing flexible domain models and APIs for maintainability.
- A default toward automation with a history of delivering efficiency gains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set direction and engage stakeholders.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in infrastructure, platform, or ML systems.
