Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation test suites for web-based scientific applications.
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans ensuring high test coverage across various levels.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify test scenarios and validate bug fixes.
- Drive quality engineering best practices and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results and automation processes.
- Mentor junior QA and automation engineers as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in QA/Testing, with at least 4 years focused on automation.
- Expertise in Cypress and advanced debugging techniques.
- Strong command of TypeScript and its features.
- Proven experience in test case design and documentation.
- Ability to interpret API documentation for automated test coverage.
- Deep understanding of Git and experience with JIRA or similar tracking systems.
