Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define architecture for complex, high-impact systems
- Lead company-critical engineering initiatives
- Solve novel scalability, reliability, and performance problems
- Establish technical direction across multiple engineering teams
- Influence technology strategy and long-term architecture
- Mentor senior and staff-level engineers
- Drive technical alignment across Product and Engineering
- Turn emerging technical challenges into durable platform capabilities
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Exceptional system design and architecture skills
- Deep expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure
- Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization
- Fluent English required
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, or distributed compute is preferred
- High-growth startup or scale-up experience is preferred
