Responsibilities

  • Develop lightweight internal applications, conversational interfaces, analytical applications, and decision-support tools for People Analytics.
  • Build APIs connecting user interfaces with data, machine-learning models, and GenAI services.
  • Integrate authentication, role-based access controls, logging, error handling, monitoring, and user feedback.
  • Package and deploy analytical and AI solutions into IT-managed environments and support release, rollback, and recovery activities.
  • Build and maintain product-specific CI/CD pipelines and automate testing and deployment activities.
  • Operationalize batch and real-time model inference and support model-serving and GenAI integrations.
  • Create reusable application templates and standardize technical patterns across People Analytics products.
  • Provide business-hours production support, diagnose application and deployment issues, and coordinate infrastructure incidents with IT.
  • Maintain technical documentation, support runbooks, release records, and ongoing product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in software engineering, analytics application development, DevOps, MLOps, or a related domain.
  • Strong Python software-engineering skills and experience developing REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience developing internal applications with Streamlit, Dash, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with automated testing, code-quality practices, Git, version-control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of containerization and cloud deployment concepts, with experience integrating authentication and role-based access controls.
  • Experience implementing logging, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting applications in production or controlled enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and cloud-based data or AI services.
  • Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, Azure App Service, Docker, Kubernetes, enterprise API gateways, MLflow, model-serving platforms, MLOps tools, GenAI or RAG applications, React, and enterprise identity and access-management systems.
  • Ability to translate analytical requirements into maintainable technical products and collaborate effectively in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Preferred experience working with sensitive or employee-level data and internal data, analytics, or AI products.
