Responsibilities
- Build Nora platform services, factories, sandboxes, and other components for deploying AI workflows.
- Develop connectors, services, and integrations connecting AI workflows with Salesforce, Jira, data warehouses, and internal applications.
- Design, build, and harden new platform infrastructure and scalable enterprise applications.
- Document systems, define SLOs, and transition long-term ownership to permanent platform teams.
- Own measurable business outcomes associated with shipped platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience with Python.
- Fluency with Claude, Codex, Gemini, Anthropic APIs, OpenAI APIs, APIs, MCP, agents, and related AI development tooling.
- Experience shipping APIs, services, or SDKs that other teams use.
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong computer science, distributed systems, and performance optimization fundamentals.
- Ability to understand operational workflows and design platforms that fit them.
- Ability to write documentation, define SLOs, and plan ownership handoffs.
