Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues that internal performance testing teams have been unable to identify.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem resolution.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document findings, share knowledge, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently toward subject-matter-expert status and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture principles.
- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze capacity planning data and forecast system needs.
- Skills in application performance management and complex problem resolution.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
