Base Salary
$139k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to shape the customer journey.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on experiments that improve conversion and engagement.
- Own features through technical design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Contribute to architecture, tooling, technical direction, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster team learning and collaboration.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for production support and service reliability when required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with React, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Hibernate, Kafka, AWS, Datadog, and Java.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ambiguity-handling, and customer-empathy skills.
- Experience using AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- A product mindset focused on user behavior, user experience, and business impact.
- Previous A/B experimentation team experience is a plus.
