Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Evaluate model outputs and performance metrics, then implement iterative improvements.
- Perform data preprocessing and work with large datasets and computational resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader applications.
- Document model development processes, experiments, and outcomes.
- Work independently toward subject matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with data preprocessing and domain adaptation methods.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages used in model development.
- Ability to work with large datasets and manage computational resources efficiently.
- 15 years of full-time education.
