Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and iterate on fine-tuning processes to improve performance and relevance.
- Apply natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Preprocess and manage large datasets for training and fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document fine-tuning methodologies and results for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, solve work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks used for model development.
- Ability to preprocess and manage large datasets for training and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and resources for scalable model training.
- 15 years of full-time education.
