Responsibilities
- Lead the design of virtual assistants and user journeys.
- Conduct use case discovery and requirements engineering.
- Create dialog flows and scripts for conversational experiences.
- Define intents and user journeys to enhance user interaction.
- Facilitate conversation design workshops for stakeholders.
- Develop assistant personas to improve user engagement.
- Deliver partner enablement activities to support solution delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conversation or UX design.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Experience in multimodal user experience is required.
- Understanding of NLU/NLP concepts is necessary.
- Familiarity with Large-Language-Models and prompting is preferred.
