Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the Studio software solution.
- Integrate multiple communication channels like voice, SMS, and chatbots.
- Collaborate with product owners and designers to expand feature sets.
- Ensure high-quality user interfaces and code maintainability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take operational responsibility for services.
- Contribute to documentation, specifications, and APIs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, and Python.
- Expertise in server-side technologies and back-end frameworks like PHP/Laravel.
- Strong experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Awareness of web security best practices.
- Ability to perform thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
