Responsibilities
- Architect and build core modules of a network automation platform that converts network requests into self-service workflows and ticket-driven execution.
- Develop reliable low-level drivers and API integrations for NVIDIA, Arista, Cisco, and other network devices.
- Build network observability, monitoring metrics, telemetry, and multi-channel alerting for VIP and key-account networks.
- Develop and maintain IPAM APIs for automated allocation and reclamation of IP and VLAN resources.
- Integrate and maintain DCIM and CMDB systems as accurate, real-time sources of physical and logical infrastructure data.
- Automate bulk configuration deployment and change workflows with syntax validation, compliance checks, and post-change verification.
- Develop automated configuration backups with diff comparison and version control.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in NetDevOps or network automation development.
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, telecommunications, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and spine-leaf topology.
- Production experience with Python, Ansible, Netmiko, NAPALM, or Nornir for network automation.
- Experience deploying and customizing monitoring stacks such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or Telegraf.
- Familiarity with IPAM tools such as NetBox or Infoblox and with CMDB systems.
- Working familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with RESTCONF, NETCONF, gRPC, or gNMI network-device interfaces.
- Fluency in Chinese and English and experience working across international teams.
