Base Salary
$200k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for planning and decision-making in autonomous driving.
- Integrate and evaluate combinations of algorithms.
- Design and build a robust and scalable codebase.
- Interface with upstream and downstream components through CI/CD pipelines.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least two years of industry experience in motion planning for automotive robotics.
- Experience in C++ software development.
- Proven ability to lead technical development on features.
- Experience in processing and analyzing autonomous vehicle field data.
- Experience in building and optimizing large data pipelines.
