Base Salary
$130k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead user training sessions and workshops with customers.
- Build and maintain project artifacts such as plans and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and configure complex Parabola flows, including API connections and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with Account Executives during the sales cycle and assist with product demos.
- Document customer feedback for internal product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as implementation consultant or onboarding specialist.
- Familiarity with prompting AI models and hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
- Expertise in Excel, SQL, and understanding of APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new industries and workflows.
- Based in San Francisco and able to commute to the office 3-4 times a week.
