Responsibilities
- Build reusable AI platform components integrated with enterprise data platforms, model platforms, and business applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of a common semantic layer for Investments and Distribution use cases.
- Define semantic models, taxonomies, metadata structures, and business definitions for governed AI data access.
- Design and develop AI agents, agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and multi-step workflows for investment and distribution functions.
- Establish approaches for AI agent evaluation, testing, observability, governance, security, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies through proof-of-concepts and contribute to AI architecture and implementation standards.
- Introduce and scale Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted engineering practices, including reusable templates and reference implementations.
- Mentor development teams through demonstrations, technical workshops, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with demonstrated delivery of enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing Generative AI, agentic AI, or machine learning solutions.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, and large language models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience translating business stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and applying emerging technologies.
- Preferred experience in asset management, wealth management, investment management, research, trading, risk, or financial services.
- Preferred experience with semantic models, knowledge layers, metadata frameworks, business taxonomies, enterprise AI agents, AI-enabled workflows, AI governance, evaluation, and observability.
- Preferred experience operating across Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft AI ecosystems.
