Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to drive platform adoption.
- Lead post-sale technical account strategies for Public Sector clients.
- Serve as the technical lead for specific use cases and customer accounts.
- Address technical issues and questions related to production status.
- Leverage internal resources to build effective solutions for customers.
- Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
- Provide updates on customer health and usage metrics to management.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to Public Sector client support.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery within Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as pre-sales or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
- Experience in technical program or project management.
- Proven track record of resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
- Experience in conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
