Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, TypeScript, REST and GraphQL APIs, and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Design and maintain performant, secure, and reliable backend services and APIs.
- Build and integrate AI and LLM solutions, including AI agents, RAG pipelines, tool calling, prompt-based workflows, and Model Context Protocol integrations.
- Own features end to end through design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software development experience with proven full stack expertise.
- Hands-on proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience building frontend applications with React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, query optimization, and NoSQL databases.
- Working knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol.
- Practical experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, OAuth2, RBAC, and application security fundamentals.
- Knowledge of system design, distributed systems, scalability principles, and engineering best practices, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
