Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Central Finance implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Gather requirements and develop solutions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Configure FI, CO, and CO-PA data replication and mapping frameworks.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP financial systems using real-time data replication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA Central Finance issues.
- Conduct design and solution workshops with stakeholders.
- Support finance closing, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Act as a subject matter expert and coordinate team activities and decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Lead process improvements and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance architecture, system design, replication, and integration.
- Expertise in SAP FI, CO, and CO-PA, including Universal Journal, finance closing, intercompany processes, and real-time analytics.
- Mastery of SAP Landscape Transformation for real-time data replication.
- Knowledge of SAP Application Interface Framework for interface monitoring and error handling.
- Experience designing, implementing, customizing, and extending financial modules in enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience troubleshooting complex SAP S/4HANA Central Finance environments.
- Ability to communicate technically and functionally with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of agile software development practices and modern software engineering principles.
- 15 years of full-time education.
