Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and scale end-to-end analytical solutions for monitoring and optimizing the Vapor Phase Drying process in transformer manufacturing.
- Build and maintain Python software, data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and cloud-based analytical solutions.
- Train and validate machine learning models including Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and KNN.
- Develop time-series forecasting solutions using AR, ARMA, ARIMA, Matrix Profile, and Prophet models.
- Create and manage data pipelines, workflow orchestration, CI/CD processes, and model deployments using Azure services.
- Collaborate with R&D, IT, production, business teams, dashboard design experts, and machine learning specialists.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines while upholding safety and integrity values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of related working experience, including 2–3 years in Machine Learning or Data Science roles.
- At least two end-to-end machine learning projects successfully deployed in production.
- Strong Python proficiency, including modular scripting, virtual environments, and pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, pyarrow, seaborn, plotly, and MLflow.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Windows/Linux environments, cloud cluster configuration, Azure Data Explorer (Kusto), and Hive Metastore.
- Understanding of ETL pipelines, data workflow orchestration, SQL/NoSQL database systems, and data access patterns.
- Experience with Azure, Azure Machine Learning Service, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Azure Data Factory.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, ethical AI considerations, and industrial or IoT sensor data.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business functions, communicate clearly, document comprehensively, troubleshoot systematically, and optimize processes.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
