Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and enhance automated product and AI/ML model deployments.
- Develop and support AWS infrastructure components using Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Implement AI-driven observability, predictive alerts, self-healing solutions, monitoring, logging, and AIOps capabilities.
- Design and configure AWS disaster recovery solutions involving backup, replication, and failover for infrastructure and vector/data stores.
- Maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines using GitHub Workflows and Jenkins.
- Automate operations, API integration, AI workflows, and deployments using Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and model-serving frameworks.
- Manage IaC repositories in Bitbucket and GitHub and oversee end-to-end AI/ML infrastructure pipelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses for business operations and AI workflows.
- Maintain system uptime and model availability while meeting KPI, SLA, and OLA targets.
- Create and improve processes that deliver effective, automated cloud services and reduce operational overhead.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience with monitoring and AIOps solutions such as DataDog, Grafana, Nagios, or New Relic.
- Experience in a large-scale enterprise DevOps or MLOps role.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, and model-serving runtimes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, AWS SageMaker, vector databases, or LLM deployment frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of AWS disaster recovery services including AWS Backup, AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery, and Lambda.
- Experience with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong Python knowledge and experience writing Shell and PowerShell automation scripts.
- Familiarity with AWS networking, security, and storage for high-performance AI workloads.
- Understanding of Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Model Context Protocol, custom Skills creation, and Large Language Models.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools such as VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and Cursor.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer certification is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
